Crystal's On-Line Store is now OPEN
A word about Laurel Burch Purses ...
When you step into our store, you immediately notice the large assortment of Laurel Burch purses displayed throughout. You can't miss the vivid whimsical creatures pictures on them. It makes you happy just to look at them.
We more or less first bought the purses by accident. I had decided to give all the women in our family Laurel Burch bags for Christmas but couldn't locate where to buy them. We didn't find the company where to buy them until February, so we decided to buy them for the store and have happily carried them now for three years. Both Crystal and I write the orders, so we ended up with quite a varied selection.
The large totes are useful in many ways. I bought a large one for my daughter-in-law, Donna, who teaches a Bible class and needs to transport reference material and a large one for my sister-in-law, Dee Dee, who does genealogy for the whole family and carries a lot of papers with her. My friend, Gloria, used the large one I gave her when she travels. Crystal tells me that one of her customers keeps her knitting in one of the large totes.

I assumed that the purses would mostly be used only as purses, but several customers of ours use them for lunch bags (many are lined with plastic). You can learn a lot from customers! $32
A word from the Environmentally Correct ... Green is featured in all the women's magazines --- environmental impact, not color. As far as "green" clothing is concerned, we do carry all-cotton pants and tops and even some "bamboo" novelty socks. Fabrics are more user friendly now than when I was a girl.
Rayon is great NOW, but not so great in years past. Every Easter, I would get a rayon pastel outfit to wear to church. I always came home with a big crease marks in the skirt from sitting. Now rayon has been tamed as has silk and even cotton. What I especially appreciate about fabrics today is that I don't have to iron one full working day a week in order to keep my family clean and sharp. Hooray!
